Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc'-ra-cy)
- a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the
least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to
sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for
by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Oor hierdie stukkie Engelse wysheid wat iemand vir ons aangestuur het, kan ons regtig nie mee fout vind nie.

Die woord Inept word in Afrikaans weergegee as onbekwaam, ongeskik, ongepas, ongerymd, onsinnig of dwaas.  Onbekwaamheid kan egter reggestel word deur opleiding.  Dit is hier kennelik nie van toepassing omdat selfs die beste van opleiding in al die jare van die Struggle, deur veral die Britte, maar ook vele ander nasies, nie hond haaraf kon maak nie!

Enige van die ander vyf betekenisse sou egter met vrug aangewend kon word. Om egter te sê dat die vestiging van die huidige regime deur elkeen en almal wat daarby betrokke was, ongepas, ongeskik, ongerymd, onsinnig en tegelyk dwaas was, sou steeds in Engelse terme ‘n “under statement” wees!
